Placing an order

How to place an order.

Orders are placed via our website. Once you have added the desired product(s) to your shopping basket, you go through our checkout procedure where you have to enter your contact, delivery and billing details. Check your order and address very carefully before clicking on the “Complete order” button or the “Pay now” button.

Our rights to cancel your order

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. because the product is out of stock, because we are unable to verify the billing details you have provided, because you have requested delivery to a country to which we do not currently ship, or because there is an error in the pricing or description of the product), we will notify you by email and will not charge you for the product.
