Digital products are world wide.

We ship The Lift Logbook to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout after entering your location. Since we have one warehouse in The Netherlands, the shipping costs are not the same for every country.

Additional charges

Any customs duties, import duties or additional charges applicable to your order are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping costs.

When we deliver the products

You will receive your digital products directly through mail.

Physical orders within the Netherlands will be delivered the next day (delivery from Mon-Sat). In Belgium it will be delivered the next working day. With France and Germany, the order will be delivered in 3 business days. Italy and Spain 4-5 business days. Other European countries 5-7 business days. Worldwide the order will be delivered within 7 business days.

If you are not available when the product is delivered

If nobody is able to take delivery and the products do not fit in your letterbox, the courier will notify you of the attempted delivery and tell you where you can pick up your order or how you can still have it delivered.
