To ask us questions, or in the unlikely event that you have complaints about the product, please let us know by contacting our customer service team via our online form at theliftavenue.com Please provide your name, shipping address, order number and email address so we can help you quickly and easily.

Returning products

If you wish to return any or all items from your order, we accept return requests within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Returns will be processed within seven business days of their arrival at our facility. You will receive a confirmation of this in the form of a credit note, after which your money will be refunded via the payment method you used within 14 days of the day we receive the product back from you.
