Exercise database

The Lift Logbook includes a database with 40 exercises. Just in case you have forgotten a name that you want to write down or need some inspiration.

Track your habits

Track 5 or less habits that you want to keep track of every day of the week. Do you always forget to take creatine? That’s now in the past. Do you want to make a habit of reading 10 pages every day? The Lift Logbook is where progressive overload begins. Write down your gym sessions of the week. There is space to track your cardio sessions too. Rate your mood before and after your workout from O to 10 to be aware of the feeling your workout gives you. Record your sleep hours and stress levels to be aware of your habits that may be affecting your hormones and your training.
