Shipping

You will receive your digital products directly through mail.

Physical orders within the Netherlands will be delivered the next day (delivery from Mon-Sat). In Belgium it will be delivered the next working day. With France and Germany, the order will be delivered in 3 business days. Italy and Spain 4-5 business days. Other European countries 5-7 business days. Worldwide the order will be delivered within 7 business days.

We ship The Lift Logbook to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.

You can follow your order with the track & trace number you receive from the delivery service after the package is shipped by us.

Returns

If you wish to return any or all items from your order, we accept return requests within 14 days of receipt. 

Digital products can't be returned.

If for any reason you wish to return items from your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the order shipment date. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Returns will be processed within seven business days of their arrival at our facility. You will receive a confirmation of this in the form of a credit note, after which your money will be refunded via the payment method you used within a few days. Please always keep your track and trace for your insurance of return.

Currently we accept Paypal and iDeal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. With Paypal it is possible to connect your own payment method of choice.
