About Nathalie Helmer

Founded by female founder, entrepreneur, and strength training enthousiast Nathalie Helmer, Lift Avenue is a brand that stands for commitment and purpose. As a young woman in high school, Nathalie was insecure and desperate for a change. She learned the value of feeling strong and confident in the process of finding her best self. Nathalie started her fitness journey, during college studying for biology and medical laboratory research, without a plan. The only goal was to feel better from the inside and out and reaching her full potential.

After stepping a foot in the gym, Nathalie fell in love with the commitment to herself and the feeling it gave her. She didn’t had a plan prior, while that is something that she needed. She found and followed a structured strength training plan and began to share her journey with thousands of women around the world.

She struggled to track her progress in a convenient way that didn’t include her phone, having a program specifically designed for women to evolve in their fitness journey and to have a community to be inspired and share her wins with. A community to focus on all the things life has to offer. So here we are today together with Lift Avenue.

She wants Lift Avenue to help women achieve all their dreams, realise their unlimited potential and to train with purpose in order to live with purpose.

We are constantly searching for the best habits, the most effective routine, and our best self. It’s important to be self-aware of the changes we want to make, in order to make them.
